The merchant's product/service is inconsistent with the Booky offer
You are at a Prime partner establishment trying to claim one of our super cool offers, but the staff are aren't honoring the offer currently on your screen.
When this happens, it could be the result of either of these 2 possibilities:
1) Your directory isn't updated
2) The merchant has made changes to their offer
Your directory isn't updated
We would like to rule out some things before getting in-touch with our partner. There are times when your directory is still trying to connect to the internet or hasn't updated completely. As a result, what you are seeing might be the offers and prices from the last time you used the Booky app.
To be sure everything checks out, please update your directory through Me > Settings > Update Directory and then check on the offer again.

If there are still inconsistencies because our partner made a change without giving Booky a heads-up, please give us a call at 0927 425-3496 or chat with us so that we may get things fixed on the spot and raise any issues to their higher management right after.

I've just encountered a rude/non-compliant merchant
At Booky, we do not tolerate the mistreatment of any customer, regardless of whether or not they are using the Booky app. Please make sure to let us know which partner & branch this is (+ any additional details about your case) and we will take swift action within the day to address the issue. Needless to say, we will try our very best to have you claim your Booky offer if you are still at the establishment
We will make sure to remind the merchant to treat our users with zero prejudice and with utmost respect. To make sure proper action is taken on the merchant's end, we will escalate your report up to their higher management and give you feedback as soon as possible.
