If for any reason you might need to change up any of your booking details, you may choose to either:
1) Cancel your booking following the instruction sent to your phone via SMS and place a new one with the correct/updated booking information
2) Call the establishment up directly using their number on our app/website to inform them of any changes. You may still be able to scan without having to update any details on the app. Please note that the confirmed details will be strictly followed unless coordinated with the establishment.
Please note that if you are changing up your booking via the app, you can only place bookings 30 minutes or more before the time you wish to choose.
