How to Book:
- Open the app and tap on the Prime Partner you wish to book at. If they are a partner that accepts reservations via the Booky app, you will find a "Book or Claim Now" or "Book Ahead" option
- Select "Book Ahead" and input the time and date of your reservation as well as the number of pax. Please note that the value of your discount may vary depending on your selected timeslot.
- Wait for the confirmation SMS from BOOKY informing you about the status of your booking. We will be messaging you every step of the way through the mobile number linked to your account.
How to Claim:
- If your booking is confirmed on the Booky app or via SMS, kindly give the staff your name and let them know about your reservation. They should be expecting you.
- Enjoy your Booky experience!
- When you are ready to pay/bill out, simply scan the Booky QR code. This lets us know that you've successfully claimed you discount and enjoyed your experience at the branch.
- Show the timer that comes out to the staff and pay for the bill with your discount applied!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I make more than 1 booking at a time?
The short answer to this is YES!
Booky Prime is expanding and with your Prime membership you may now place bookings for our beauty and other lifestyle partners as well! Because of this, you may place *more than one booking on the app at a time!
*We highly encourage you to show up to all of your bookings. In the case that you are unable to do so, please cancel the booking directly through the Booky App or via SMS.
Where can I find my booking status/confirmation?
You may find the accurate status of your booking through the Me page on your Booky App, or through the last SMS sent to your mobile device.
When you book with a discount, your details are sent to the merchant via SMS.
Once the merchant has acknowledged your request and have responded to this, you will be receiving confirmation via SMS by a number registered as BOOKY (0922 123-4567). Even before this confirmation, we will be sending a series of texts with updates on your booking.
In case you don't receive the confirmation text, there are two possible reasons:
- The merchant is currently unresponsive, or
- There is network delay affecting SMS transactions
Should there be any delays with your SMS confirmation, you may take a look at your booking status in real-time by heading over to the 'Me' tab on your app. Our merchant partners do not need the SMS confirmation and should be able to honor your booking with the in-app confirmation. No SMS needed!
How do I make changes to my current booking?
OPTION 1:
Cancel your booking via SMS following the instructions on the text message thread with BOOKY, then place a new booking on the Booky app with the correct/updated booking information.
OPTION 2:
Call the establishment directly using their number on our app/website to inform them of any changes. You will still be able to scan without having to update any details on the app. Please note that the confirmed details will be strictly followed unless coordinated with the establishment.
