All you have to do is get the following information from the customer:
- Name registered with Booky
- Mobile number
- Your brand name and branch location
- The offer they want to redeem
You may send all these through SMS (+639154139107) and we'll do the necessary actions to record this transaction in your dashboard.
This shouldn't be happening on a regular basis. If this issue persists, please report to us so we can investigate further with your branch staff.
