Vouchers are the newest addition to the Booky family! With our #SupportPH campaign, you may now pre-purchase vouchers for a wide variety of discounted products and services through the Booky website and redeem anytime in-store without a Booky Prime Membership. By doing so, you will be helping our partner brands generate much-needed revenue to keep their businesses afloat.
HOW TO PURCHASE A BOOKY VOUCHER
- Head over to our Voucher website by clicking here.
- Select the voucher you wish to pay for and choose whether you want to purchase for yourself or purchase this as a gift
- Enter your mobile number in the following page
- Review your purchase in the checkout page and select the mode of payment you wish to use
- Enter your payment details through our payment gateway and confirm your purchase
- Await confirmation via SMS or through the Booky app. If you purchased the voucher for a friend, an SMS will be sent to their mobile number letting them know that they have been gifted a Booky voucher
HOW TO CLAIM A BOOKY VOUCHER
- Head over to any participating branch and show the staff your pre-purchased voucher
- Scan the Booky QR code directly from your Booky app
- Present the success screen that indicates that this is PAID. As long as this has already been paid for on our website, there should be no added charges and you do not need to pay at the branch

Could I purchase a Booky Voucher for someone else?
DEFINITELY! Simply select “PURCHASE AS A GIFT” once you’ve chosen your preferred voucher to send the Voucher to your friend/family/jowa/officemate etc!
Can I purchase more than one Booky Voucher?
Of course! You can buy multiple vouchers across different brands as long as they’re available on the website. The number of times you can purchase a voucher will depend on the merchant’s rules
How many vouchers can I purchase at a time?
At the moment, our website only allows for the purchase of one voucher at a time. This is to ensure that the vouchers arrive properly into the account you wish to purchase this for
How soon can I claim after purchasing my Booky Voucher?
Right away! As soon as you’ve purchased the voucher and see it on your profile, you may redeem this at the Voucher's participating branches. To view all your purchased Booky Vouchers on the app, simply tap on Me and find your Voucher tab there
Do I need internet connection to claim my Voucher?
Yup! Stable internet connection is required for you to be able to redeem your voucher
How many Booky Vouchers am I able to claim in a day?
As many as you want! You may use all of the Booky Vouchers you've paid for if you wish
Are the products I can claim with my voucher available for delivery?
Not at the moment. To claim any voucher, you will need to scan the Booky QR codes present in any participating branches.
Do Booky Vouchers expire?
Indeed, Booky vouchers expire. The validity of your Booky Voucher is 3 months from the date you purchased it. After which, you will no longer be able to claim the Booky Voucher you paid for. We suggest claiming these as soon as possible! Check out the Fine Print to learn more.
What if the product is out of stock at the branch?
Fear not! You will still be able to try another branch to claim the Voucher within its 3-month validity period. Please let us know if you encounter any issues at the branch so we can get in touch with them and make the necessary adjustments on the app.
If you happened to scan their QR code and the voucher had been marked “CLAIMED” even if you weren’t able to redeem, just email us at prime@booky.ph so we could get that fixed up
Are Booky Vouchers refundable?
Booky Vouchers may only be refunded until 5 business days after it has been purchased. If you have any concerns regarding the dispute of Vouchers you paid for, you may email us at prime@booky.ph with the subject line "Refund Request" and containing the following information:
- Voucher name
- User’s name
- User’s mobile number
- Reason for refund request
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the Voucher has never been redeemed with the Merchant
